Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs subscription purchases made for Direkt, a cloud-based business management platform owned and operated by Glovomega Pvt. Ltd.
By purchasing a subscription to Direkt, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
1. Subscription Plans
Direkt offers both monthly and annual subscription plans. Your subscription grants access to the features included in your selected plan for the applicable billing period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
2. 14-Day Free Trial
Eligible users may receive a 14-day free trial to evaluate Direkt before purchasing a subscription.
No charges will apply during the free trial unless you choose to upgrade or your selected plan is configured to automatically convert into a paid subscription after the trial period.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day refund window for eligible subscription purchases.
To qualify for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment.
- The Direkt account must not have been activated or used after the subscription purchase.
- The subscription must have been purchased directly from Direkt.
Eligible refund requests submitted within this period will be processed without requiring a reason.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The Direkt account has been activated.
- The Platform has been accessed or used after activation.
- The refund request is submitted after the 7-day refund period.
- Annual subscriptions after activation.
- Monthly subscriptions after activation.
- Promotional, discounted, or special offer subscriptions.
- Change of mind after activation.
- Failure to use the Service.
- Subscription cancellation after the refund eligibility period.
5. Annual Subscription Policy
Annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the account has been activated, including if you decide to discontinue use before the end of the subscription term.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our billing team.
Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals.
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No additional renewal charges will be made.
- No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused subscription time.
7. Automatic Renewal
All paid subscriptions renew automatically using your selected payment method unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to renew.
8. Failed Account Activation
If payment is successfully completed but Direkt is unable to activate your subscription due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, you may request a full refund.
Where possible, Direkt will first attempt to resolve the activation issue before issuing a refund.
9. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription or an incorrect amount due to a billing error, Direkt will investigate the issue and, upon verification, issue a full refund for the duplicate or incorrect charge.
10. GST Refunds
Where a refund is approved, any applicable GST collected as part of the original transaction will also be refunded in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Where required, Direkt will issue the appropriate credit note or tax documentation.
11. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment method.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
12. Payment Processing
All online payments for Direkt subscriptions are securely processed through Razorpay and its supported payment methods.
Direkt does not store your complete payment card information.
13. Right to Decline Refund Requests
Direkt reserves the right to refuse refund requests that:
- Do not satisfy this Policy.
- Involve fraudulent activity.
- Abuse or misuse the refund process.
- Violate our Terms of Use.
14. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of Direkt after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
