This website and the Direkt platform ("Platform") are operated by Glovomega Pvt. Ltd.. Throughout these Terms, the words "Direkt", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Direkt.

  • Inventory Management
  • Purchase & Sales Management

  • APIs and Integrations

Features may vary depending on your subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, discontinue, or introduce features without prior notice.

SECTION 4 – DATA ACCURACY

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the financial, accounting, tax, inventory, and business information entered into the Platform is accurate.

Although Direkt provides automated calculations and reporting tools, we do not guarantee that all generated reports will satisfy every legal, regulatory, or professional accounting requirement.

Users should verify reports before filing tax returns, financial statements, or regulatory submissions.

SECTION 5 – SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & PAYMENTS

Certain Services require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees.
  • Provide accurate billing information.
  • Keep your payment details current.

Subscription fees may change from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply in accordance with applicable laws and your subscription terms.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of Services.

Direkt stores business data on secure cloud infrastructure.

While we employ commercially reasonable measures to safeguard data, users are encouraged to periodically export or back up important business information.

Direkt shall not be liable for loss of data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or user error.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Direkt may integrate with third-party providers including:

  • Payment gateways
  • Government portals
  • Banking services
  • GST-related services
  • SMS providers
  • Email providers
  • Cloud storage providers
  • Authentication services

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Direkt is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

SECTION 8 – USER CONTENT

Any documents, invoices, reports, attachments, comments, or files uploaded to Direkt remain your property.

By uploading such content, you grant Direkt the limited rights necessary to process, store, transmit, display, and secure that content solely for providing the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload such content.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, source code, trademarks, branding, designs, content, documentation, APIs, logos, and technology used in Direkt remain the exclusive property of Direkt or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reverse engineer
  • Modify
  • Redistribute
  • Sell
  • License
  • Create derivative works

without our prior written consent.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

Your use of Direkt is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direkt disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Services.

SECTION 14 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Direkt shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Tax penalties
  • Accounting errors resulting from inaccurate user-provided information

Our total liability arising out of your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 15 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Direkt, its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or legal costs arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Misuse of the Services
  • Infringement of third-party rights

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Direkt may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.
  • Required payments remain overdue.
  • Continued access poses a security or legal risk.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 18 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Direkt regarding your use of the Platform.

SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Direkt is headquartered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 20 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time.

Any changes become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
